Expertise and activities

Dr. Miriam Prinzen, LL.M., is a specialist in labor law given her many years of extensive experience. Moreover, she is highly involved in legal questions arising from Crypto law and blockchain technology. Before her work at SBS Legal, Attorney Dr. Prinzen was employed at a well-known law firm in Hamburg-Rotherbaum. She was particularly involved there in advising and trial representation in proceedings for protection against unfair dismissal. Moreover, Dr. Prinzen has persistently dealt with a variety of legal questions of banking and capital markets law and also represented clients in court in this legal field. She also accomplished to provide out-of-court and mutual resolutions for the parties due to her comprehensive training as certified commercial mediator.

Career

Attorney Dr. Prinzen completed her studies of law at the University of Münster and University of Barcelona. She completed her legal internship at the public prosecutor’s office of Flensburg, the Kiel Pharmacists Association and various law firms in Hamburg among other positions. Subsequently, Dr. Prinzen completed her doctorate degree in the field of mediation and labor law and received the Master’s degree likewise with specialization in labor law. She is additionally a certified commercial mediator and successfully completed the specialist attorney course in labor law.
