Finn Niklas Nitz is a lawyer and consultant in the field of digitalization and law. His expertise lies in the areas of IT, competition, trademark, crypto and copyright law.

Finn Niklas Nitz is continuously expanding his expertise through ongoing training and in close cooperation with IT companies. This includes in particular the anticipation of new technologies and digital trends so that tomorrow's solutions can be developed for clients today.

Career

Finn Niklas Nitz studied law at the University of Kiel and the Radboud University of Nijmegen (Netherlands). After successfully completing his first state examination, he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein, where he worked for the NDR and in commercial law firms in Hamburg.

After completing his second state examination, Finn Niklas Nitz was admitted to the bar in Hamburg and began working in an internationally oriented commercial law firm in Hamburg in the field of IT and competition law. There, he primarily advised medium-sized companies in order to provide them with optimal legal support for the transition to digitalization.

Attorney Nitz has been part of the SBS-LEGAL team since January 2022.
