Expertise and activities

Ines Saad advises and represents clients in all matters relating to the out-of-court and litigation-based enforcement of claims across the entire field of civil law. In addition to handling complex legal disputes before the state courts, she has particular knowledge and experience in civil-law mass litigation involving a large number of individual proceedings.

Career

Ines Saad studied law at the University of Hamburg. She completed her legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court (OLG) of Celle, with placements including the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Lüneburg/Wolfsburg and a Hamburg commercial law firm. Before joining SBS Legal, Ines Saad initially worked as a legal adviser at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Lüneburg/Wolfsburg. She has been admitted to the bar since March 2022. She first worked as an attorney in banking and capital markets law at a German commercial law firm, as well as an attorney at a medium-sized firm in Hamburg.
