Expertise and activities

Miriam Windt advises in the areas of contract, IT and data protection law. In doing so, she supports in particular companies operating in e-commerce. Her work includes reviewing and drafting general terms and conditions and contracts, as well as enforcing contractual claims.

Career

Miriam Windt studied law at the University of Göttingen (Georg-August-Universität). She completed her legal clerkship (Referendariat) with the State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in the Regional Court district of Schwerin. After passing the Second State Examination, Miriam Windt initially worked as corporate counsel (Syndikusrechtsanwältin) in the contracts division for research and third-party funding at a subsidiary of the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). She subsequently worked at a Hamburg boutique law firm specialising in particular in digital medical law, where she advised on medical, contract, IT and AI law.

Miriam Windt has been part of the SBS LEGAL team since May 2026.
