Expertise and activities

Attorney Kim is the point of contact in all questions relating to copyright and media law. For this purpose, he can rely on extensive experiences of many years in these legal fields, both in advising as well as in out-of-court national legal representation.

One special focus of his work within media law is reputation management. In cases where reporting by the press violates rights or where Google search results are in violation of rights, if there are rights-infringing contributions in social networks, Attorney Kim will take suitable, appropriate and swift measures to protect his clients’ reputation and he has been able to successfully lead a number of proceedings for preliminary injunction in this regard at the national level.

Career

Attorney Kim completed his studies of law at the University of Hamburg. Following the successful completion of the 1st state examination, he completed the two-year legal internship at the Superior District Court of Schleswig. Following the successful completion of the 2nd state examination, he joined SBS Legal.
